Always. Every training, teambuilding, coaching process, or eLearning program is designed around your people, goals, and context. We don’t deliver “off-the-shelf” solutions unless explicitly requested.

How far in advance should we book?

It depends on what you need.

For trainings, if you want a customized existing program, ideally 3–6 weeks in advance. For completely new & complex program we recommend at least 4-8 weeks in advance.

For teambuildings, we recommend to book the dates as soon as you have an internal decision, as there are periods in the year when the demand is higher, so booking closer to the date you may risk to not have that period open for booking.
