Our Story
Who are we?
We’re Skill Brewery, a team of trainers, facilitators, and coaches with different backgrounds and experiences and common denominator: our joy in helping people and teams grow.
Since 2023, we have been creating learning experiences for teams in Bucharest and all over Romania.
Our programs combine theory with immediate practice, adapted to the real needs of each organization.
We work with small, medium-sized and multinational companies, both in Romanian and English.
What can we do for your team?
We build our programs starting from your needs and objectives.
Teambuilding
Our teambuilding programs are designed to bring people closer and make teamwork flow naturally. Every activity is tailored to your team’s goals and culture: fun, interactive, and full of energy. Together, we create moments that strengthen trust, increase collaboration, and build lasting connections.
Training
Our trainings are all about building the soft skills that make a real difference in life and at work. Through engaging and practical sessions, participants learn how to communicate with impact, manage projects and people, give meaningful feedback, and so much more. Every session is designed to spark growth and confidence.
Coaching
Our coaching meets people exactly where they are, whether they need quick clarity, steady growth, or deep transformation.
In a safe and confidential space, we explore goals, challenges, and next steps, helping individuals grow with intention and confidence, both personally and professionally.
eLearning
Our eLearning solutions are designed to make learning engaging and practical.
We design interactive online courses tailored to your goals, audience, and context, using modern learning tools and methods. Each experience is built to keep learners motivated, involved, and ready to apply what they learn.
