Service Description

This is a focused conversation where we explore what’s currently not working, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right support for you. You don’t need to have clear goals yet - we'll work on that in the coaching sessions. At the end of the session, you’ll know your next best step, whether that includes coaching or not.
